All orders are shipped within 24-72 hours except on weekends, holidays, bad weather or in the case of system malfunction. Out of Stock Items
Items out stock will be indicated online. If you select the option to be on the waiting list, you will be automatically be notified when your item is back in stock.
Refused Shipments
A restocking fee of 35% will be retained if you refuse your package and it is returned to us. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. Carrier return charges will also be assessed. Ite
Returned Packages/Alternate Delivery Address
Packages returned to us due to improper address information will be charged a minimum of $10.00 per package. Packages delivered to an alternate address other than the shipping address on your invoice will be charged a minimum of $10.00.00 per package.
Order Cancellations
You must call us with your order number and information as it appears on your order. A 15% cancellation fee will be applied. If your order has already been shipped, you will not be refunded until we receive the item/items back in its original packaging unopened.
Missed Shipments:
If you miss taking delivery of your package and it comes back to us, we will not reship the package. You can request the package to be reshipped at your expense. A 35% restocking fee will be retained. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. Carrier return charges will also be assessed.
